Refund & Exchange Policy

At Every Petit Things, we want you to feel completely happy with every detail of your purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make it better.

This Return & Exchange Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds—because we believe your experience should be as beautiful as the pieces you choose.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as final sale

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@everypetitthings.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for the return

We’ll reply with return instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the same return process above. We’ll help you place a new order once the original item has been returned and inspected.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly make it right at no cost to you.
